Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) apply to the website www.jacksonschicken.com and any other digital platforms operated by Jackson’s Chicken (“Jackson’s Chicken”, '' Jackson'' Jackosns'' Jackosn's'' “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) (collectively referred to as the “Sites”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Sites. By accessing or using the Sites, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Sites.

All prize promotions available on this site are governed by their own individual terms and conditions.

You may not assign, sub-license, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.

Availability of Products & Services

Jackson’s products and services are available across selected locations. Please note that not all menu items, offers, or services may be available at every restaurant or in all regions. Our online platforms may display products or promotions that are location-specific.

Safe Use of Our Online Services

Your safety is important to us. When accessing Jackson’s online services, you must always follow local laws and regulations.

If you are driving or operating any form of transport, please ensure you are safely and legally parked before using our website or mobile services. For your safety and the safety of others, do not use our services while driving or when it is unsafe to do so.

We encourage all customers to use our online platforms responsibly and only when it is safe and appropriate.

Your Devices & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the devices, software, and services required to access Jackson’s online platforms. We do not guarantee that our online services will function on every device or with all software configurations.

Any data usage, messaging charges, or additional fees incurred while using our services — including communications via email, text, or other channels you opt into — are your responsibility.

Our online services should only be accessed using devices that you own or have permission to use, and through authorised operating systems. If you download or access our services on a device that is not yours, you must have the owner’s consent.

Where an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity carried out under your account. You must ensure your account details remain accurate and up to date. Only one account per user is permitted.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms at all times, regardless of device ownership.

Closing Your Account

Registered users of the Jackson’s mobile app may request account deletion by accessing ‘More’ > ‘Profile’ > ‘Delete Account’ within the app.

You may also submit a request via the Contact Us section on our website, and our team will assist you.

Our Right to Update or Suspend Services

By using Jackson’s online services, you acknowledge and agree that we may update, modify, or suspend access to our platforms at any time, with or without prior notice.

This may include introducing new features, removing existing functionality, or limiting access to certain services. Updates may also be applied automatically to any mobile application installed on your device to improve performance, security, or user experience.

Information Provided on Our Online Services

The information available through Jackson’s online platforms is provided for general guidance only and is not intended to be legally binding or constitute a representation of any kind.

Product availability may vary by location, and not all restaurants will offer the full menu. Variations may also occur due to factors such as ingredient sourcing, suppliers, regional differences, and seasonal changes.

Additionally, the way products are displayed on your device — including colours and presentation — may differ from the final product served in our restaurants. As a result, items shown on our online services may not exactly reflect the product you receive.

Updates to These Terms

Jackson’s reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where significant changes are made, we will notify you by appropriate means, such as updating the Terms on our website or online services.

By continuing to use our services after any updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using our online services immediately and request the closure of your account in accordance with our “Closing Your Account” section.

Franchise & Restaurant Operations

While Jackson’s manages and operates its online services, not all restaurants are directly owned or operated by Jackson’s. Many locations are run by independent franchise partners.

Each franchise operator is independently responsible for their restaurant’s day-to-day operations, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the preparation and supply of products, and all employment-related matters within their business.

Details of the specific restaurant operator, including name and address, will be provided on your receipt.

Careers & Employment Opportunities

Jackson’s and its franchise partners are committed to equal opportunities and building diverse, inclusive teams. Our online services may feature links to job opportunities available within Jackson’s restaurants or those operated by independent franchise partners.

Where a role is advertised by a franchise-operated restaurant, the franchise partner is solely responsible for the recruitment process, including setting job requirements, making hiring decisions, and managing all employment-related matters within their business.

Jackson’s does not control the employment policies or practices of independent franchise partners. If you accept a position at a franchise-operated restaurant, your employment will be directly with that franchise partner, who will be your employer.

How to Contact Us

If you have any questions, feedback, or require assistance regarding our online services, please visit the Contact Us section on our website or app.

Promotions & Competitions

All prize promotions available through Jackson’s online platforms are governed by separate terms and conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by the applicable promotion-specific rules.

How We Use Your Information & Communicate With You

Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Statement provides detailed information on how Jackson’s collects, processes, and shares your personal data.

It also sets out your rights, including the right to access your personal information and the right to request its amendment or erasure, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How We Communicate With You

Through Jackson’s online services, you may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from us. By doing so, you acknowledge and consent to receiving updates, offers, and promotional messages.

We may also send you important transactional or service-related communications, such as order confirmations or account updates, using the contact details you have provided. These communications are managed in line with our Privacy Statement.

Managing Your Communication Preferences

You have control over how Jackson’s communicates with you. You can manage your communication preferences at any time through the ‘Profile’ section of the Jackson’s mobile app.

Depending on your device, you may also adjust certain settings directly, such as disabling push notifications through your device preferences.

Our communications may include options to unsubscribe from marketing messages. Please note that communication preferences are managed by channel, meaning you may need to update your preferences separately for each method (e.g. email, SMS, or push notifications). For example, opting out of marketing emails will not automatically stop marketing text messages if you have previously opted in to receive them.

While we aim to make managing your preferences simple and accessible, some settings may need to be adjusted individually across different services or platforms.

Please be aware that certain essential communications, such as account updates or order confirmations, are necessary for the use of our services and cannot be opted out of. To stop receiving these, you may need to close your account.

If you receive communications from a Jackson’s franchise-operated restaurant, you will need to opt out directly with that specific location.

Ordering through the app.

This section applies to your use of the Jackson’s app when placing pickup orders at restaurants that offer this service (“participating restaurants”).

For more details, please refer to the Order Ahead Terms & Conditions of Sale outlined below.

our Pickup Order Contract

When placing a pickup order through the Jackson’s app, you will be required to collect your order in person from a participating restaurant.

A binding contract is formed once you confirm and complete payment for your order. This contract is made between you and the business operating the participating restaurant, which may be a Jackson’s company-owned location or an independently operated franchise.

The participating restaurant is responsible for preparing your order and providing the products to you. Your purchase will also be subject to the specific terms and conditions of sale applicable at that restaurant.

We recommend reviewing this section carefully before placing an order through the app. For additional guidance, please refer to the app FAQs.

Please note that app-based ordering is currently available exclusively through the Jackson’s mobile app and is not supported on other online platforms, including our website.

App Ordering & Eligibility Requirements

The Jackson’s app provides a convenient way to build and submit orders to participating restaurants ahead of your visit.

Access to this feature requires a registered account, and users must be at least 18 years of age. A valid payment card must be added prior to placing any order.

Orders may only be placed at participating restaurants, and availability may differ by location. Location services must be enabled on your device to support accurate ordering and restaurant selection.

Payment Methods & Transaction Verification

Jackson’s and participating restaurants use trusted third-party payment providers to securely store your payment details and process transactions.

When you register a payment card, you acknowledge and agree that we, or our payment partners, may carry out verification checks to confirm that your card details are valid. Participating restaurants may also request additional information where necessary to verify a transaction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain accurate and up to date. You may update your saved payment method at any time within your account settings, for example if your card is reissued or expires.

In some cases, our third-party payment providers may receive updated card information directly from your bank or financial institution, where you have authorised them to do so, to help ensure uninterrupted service.

Pricing & Availability

Prices for menu items are set independently by each Jackson’s restaurant, including those operated by franchise partners. As a result, prices and promotional offers may vary between locations, and certain offers may not be available at all restaurants.

All prices displayed include applicable taxes at the prevailing local rate, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that prices shown in the app are based on your selected restaurant. If you change your chosen location, or collect your order from a different participating restaurant, prices may differ from those originally displayed.

Order Total Adjustments

Your order total may be revised upon check-in or confirmation at a participating restaurant. This may result from collecting your order at a different location than initially selected, leading to variations in pricing, taxes, or applicable fees.

Adjustments may also occur due to product availability, pricing updates, or other operational considerations.

Cancellations, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights

You may update or cancel your order at any time before it is confirmed at the participating restaurant.

Once your order has been accepted and preparation has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you wish to request a refund — including in cases where a product does not meet your expectations — please contact our Customer Support team (see “How to Contact Us” above), and we will be happy to assist.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. For further guidance on your rights, you may wish to contact your local consumer protection authority or advisory service.

Ingredients & Allergen Information

Food is prepared in environments where allergens are present and handled, and where shared equipment is used. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely allergen-free, even when modifications are requested.

Comprehensive ingredient, allergen, and nutritional details can be accessed via the Nutritional Information section across our online services, including the app and website.

Offers & Promotions

From time to time, Jackson’s may provide exclusive offers through its online services. The following general terms apply:

  • Offers are available only through the specified platform, for the product shown, and at participating restaurants, subject to availability and valid until the stated expiry date.
  • Serving times apply; for example, certain offers may not be available during breakfast hours.
  • Unless otherwise stated, offers are valid for a single use and expire upon redemption.
  • Only one offer may be used per transaction.
  • Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific offers and will be displayed alongside the promotion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in Jackson’s online services remain the exclusive property of Jackson’s or its licensors.

For clarity, “online services” includes all content available across our platforms, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, digital downloads, software, trademarks, branding, audio, video, and other materials (collectively referred to as “content”).

Our online services are provided to you under licence and are not sold. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or rights to, any intellectual property belonging to Jackson’s or its licensors.

You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise interfere with any part of the online services or content in a way that may harm or infringe upon these rights.

Your Licence to Use Our Online Services

Subject to these Terms, Jackson’s grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use our online services for your own personal, non-commercial use.

For clarity, “use” includes accessing, browsing, interacting with, and viewing content across our platforms.

This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in our services or content. No additional rights are provided to you, whether by implication or otherwise, beyond those expressly set out in these Terms. All other rights remain reserved by Jackson’s.

Trade Mark Information

All trade marks, service marks, brand names, logos, and visual elements displayed within Jackson’s online services — including the overall look and feel — are the property of Jackson’s or its licensors, whether registered or unregistered, and are protected by applicable laws.

Our online services may also feature third-party trade marks, names, and branding, which remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any of these trade marks, branding, or related intellectual property without prior written consent from Jackson’s or the relevant third-party owner.

User Submissions & Unsolicited Ideas

User Submissions
Jackson’s online services may allow you to submit feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, images, questions, complaints, or other content (“submissions”).

By submitting any content to Jackson’s, you agree that we may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such submissions worldwide, in any format or media, for any purpose — including commercial use — without requiring further permission or providing compensation.

Unless required by law, Jackson’s is under no obligation to treat any submissions as confidential.

Unsolicited Ideas

It is Jackson’s policy not to review or consider unsolicited ideas submitted outside of our official channels. While we appreciate your interest and creativity, we are unable to assess or respond to new concepts, proposals, or suggestions submitted externally.

By submitting any ideas or materials to Jackson’s, you acknowledge and agree that we are free to develop, use, or adapt similar or identical concepts independently, without any obligation to you. You waive any claims against Jackson’s and its partners in relation to the use or development of such ideas, whether now or in the future.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and relating to Jackson’s online services are owned by Jackson’s or its licensors.

Our online services are provided to you under licence and are not sold. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the services or their content. Your rights are limited solely to using the online services in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain products, services, and features available through Jackson’s may include the use of third-party brands, trademarks, or certifications.

All such names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or with permission where applicable. This may include, but is not limited to, beverage brands, food partners, payment providers, and certification organisations.

Where certifications are referenced (for example, sustainability or sourcing standards), they apply only to the specific products indicated and are subject to the criteria set by the relevant organisation.

Nothing in these Terms grants any right or licence to use third-party intellectual property without the prior written consent of the respective owner.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

When using Jackson’s online services (including all content), you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not, and must not permit others to:

  • Use the online services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches these Terms.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Attempt to claim ownership or rights over the online services or any content within them.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or otherwise use any part of the online services for commercial purposes without prior permission.
  • Sell, lease, licence, assign, or otherwise transfer access to the online services, or integrate them into other platforms or services.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the online services.
  • Use the services in breach of any applicable laws, including export controls, sanctions, or regulatory requirements.
  • Use automated tools or technologies (such as bots, scrapers, or data extraction tools) to access or extract content from the online services without authorisation.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the online services, associated systems, networks, or user accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Jackson’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any breach of rights relating to ownership and possession of goods
  • Any failure to meet statutory requirements regarding product description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or conformity with samples
  • Liability arising from defective products under applicable consumer protection laws

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson’s shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our online services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit, loss of business or opportunity, loss of data, or any incidental or special damages.

Jackson’s will not be responsible for personal injury or property damage unless caused directly by our negligence.

Where liability cannot be excluded and Jackson’s is found liable in connection with your use of our online services (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise), our maximum liability shall be limited to a reasonable amount in line with applicable law.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it is a clear and predictable result of our actions, or if it was reasonably anticipated by both parties at the time of use.

Our online services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use them for business, commercial, or resale purposes, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from such use.

Jackson’s reserves all rights to seek recovery for any damages or losses as permitted by law.

Service Disclaimer

Jackson’s provides its online services on an “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable experience, the services may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson’s makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the online services. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects, nor that any issues will be corrected.

We also cannot guarantee that our online platforms are free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your devices and systems are appropriately protected when accessing our services.

By using our online services, you accept full responsibility for your use of them. To the extent permitted by law, neither Jackson’s nor any third parties involved in providing the services shall be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

If you are dissatisfied with the online services, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

Third-Party Services

Jackson’s online services may include links to, or provide access to, third-party websites, applications, content, or services (“third-party services”).

These third-party services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We encourage you to review these carefully before engaging with such services.

Jackson’s does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of or reliance on these external services.

Events Beyond Our Control

Jackson’s shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, disruptions caused by natural events, technical failures, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to minimise disruption and resume normal service as soon as practicable.

For clarity, this section applies to your use of the Jackson’s app and online services, including the placement of orders through these platforms. However, it does not apply to the contractual terms relating to the purchase and delivery of orders. Please refer to the relevant Terms & Conditions of Sale for further information regarding delivery orders.

Apple & Android Applications

Use on Apple Devices (iOS)
If you are accessing Jackson’s services through an iOS application, Apple Inc. (“Apple”) terms and conditions may also apply alongside these Terms.

By using the Jackson’s iOS app, you acknowledge that:

  • Apple is not responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the application. For assistance, please contact Jackson’s via our Contact Us section.
  • Any issues, claims, or disputes relating to your use of the app are between you and Jackson’s, not Apple.
  • Apple is not responsible for any third-party claims relating to intellectual property or your use of the app.

If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may be entitled to a remedy from Apple in accordance with their terms. Beyond this, Apple does not provide any warranties or accept liability in relation to the application, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use on Android Devices (Google Play)
If you are using a Jackson’s app via Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

By using the app, you acknowledge that:

  • Google is not responsible for the operation, support, or maintenance of the Jackson’s app.
  • Any claims, issues, or disputes relating to your use of the app are between you and Jackson’s.
  • Google bears no liability for your use of the app or any content accessed through it.

General Note
Both Apple and Google are third-party platform providers. Their respective terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms where relevant.

Miscellaneous

Jackson’s makes no representation that its online services are appropriate or available in all locations. If you access our services from outside your region, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using our services, you agree that any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the online services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Where applicable, third-party platform providers (such as Apple or Google) may have certain rights to enforce relevant provisions of these Terms in relation to their platforms. Other than these limited circumstances, no third party shall have any rights to enforce any part of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English.

If your right to use the online services is terminated, all permissions granted to you will immediately cease. However, any provisions relating to your prior use — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and restrictions — will continue to apply.

Each provision within these Terms operates independently. If any part is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

If Jackson’s does not enforce any part of these Terms, or delays in doing so, this does not mean we waive our rights or that you are released from your obligations.

Jackson’s may transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms to another organisation where appropriate. This will not affect your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Terms and Conditions of Sale for Order Ahead

In selected locations, Jackson’s offers an Order Ahead feature through its mobile app, allowing you to place your order before arriving so that preparation can begin when you are nearby (“Order Ahead” or “OA Programme”).

Where available in your area, the Order Ahead feature will be visible within the app. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that it forms part of Jackson’s online services and is subject to these Terms.

These Order Ahead Programme Terms apply only when you choose to use this feature. They are designed to supplement — not replace — the general Terms & Conditions of Online Services and any applicable Terms of Sale for Delivery Orders.

Placing Order Ahead Orders

This section applies to all Order Ahead (OA) orders placed through Jackson’s online services. Please review these terms carefully before placing an Order Ahead order. Availability of this feature may vary by location and platform. For further guidance, please refer to our FAQs.

The Order Ahead programme is designed to provide a convenient way to place your order in advance through the Jackson’s app at a participating restaurant of your choice.

While we aim to time the preparation of your order to coincide with your arrival, this cannot be guaranteed. Preparation times may vary depending on demand and operational factors at the restaurant.

Jackson’s is not responsible for delays or failures in transmitting your order caused by technical issues, including but not limited to app performance, connectivity problems, or inaccurate location data.

Eligibility & Enrolment

To use the Order Ahead (OA) feature, you must create and maintain a registered Jackson’s online services account.

Before placing an Order Ahead order, you are required to securely add a valid payment method, such as a credit or debit card, or any other supported payment option available within the app.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and use this service.

For further details, please refer to the Jackson’s Online Services Terms & Conditions.

Location Data

To use the Order Ahead (OA) feature, you must enable location services within the Jackson’s mobile app.

This allows us to determine when you are near your selected restaurant so that your order can be sent for preparation at the appropriate time.

For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Statement.

Registering Your Payment Method

When you add a payment method to your Jackson’s account, we use trusted third-party providers to securely store your payment details and process transactions with participating restaurants.

By registering a payment card, you acknowledge and agree that we, or our payment partners, may carry out verification checks to confirm that your card is valid. This may include a temporary, low-value authorisation charge.

You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date. You can update your saved payment method at any time, for example if your card has been replaced or expired.

In some cases, our payment providers may receive updated card details directly from your bank or financial institution, where you have authorised this, to help ensure uninterrupted service.

Purchases from Restaurants

When using the Order Ahead (OA) feature, you are placing your order directly with a participating Jackson’s restaurant. The contract for the supply of products is formed between you and the restaurant that accepts your order.

The restaurant from which you collect your order is solely responsible for preparing and providing your food. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is made directly with that restaurant, and not with Jackson’s as a central entity or any affiliated organisation.

Participating restaurants may, at their discretion, decline or cancel an Order Ahead request. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, operational capacity constraints, or technical issues affecting order fulfilment.

If your order is cancelled by the restaurant, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies. For further details, please refer to our FAQs.

Product Information & Availability

All products are subject to availability at the participating restaurant that accepts your order. Please note that not all menu items may be available at every location.

Images of products and packaging displayed within our online services are for illustrative purposes only. The final product you receive may vary due to factors such as device display settings, ingredient sourcing, suppliers, regional differences, and seasonal availability.

Preparation times may also vary depending on demand and operational conditions within the restaurant. While we aim to have your order ready as you arrive, this cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing in Ordering

Each Jackson’s restaurant independently sets its own prices. As a result, pricing and promotional offers may vary between locations, and certain offers may not be available at all restaurants.

Cancellations, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights

Once you have selected ‘Pay Now’, your order is confirmed and cannot be amended, including changes to the selected restaurant location.

In certain limited circumstances, you may be able to adjust the fulfilment method, or your order may be cancelled by the restaurant. However, once preparation of your order has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.

For further details on cancellations, fulfilment options, and any changes to your order, please refer to our FAQs.

Changes to Order Ahead Terms

Jackson’s may update these Order Ahead Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or service-related reasons.

Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted prior to the updated Terms coming into effect.

We recommend reviewing these Terms each time you place an Order Ahead order to ensure you are aware of any updates. The date of the latest version will always be displayed at the top of this section.

Delivery

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 40 to 50 minutes of placing it. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, demand, traffic, and weather conditions.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please remain at the address provided when placing your order so our courier can successfully deliver your food.

Delivery Delays

From time to time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or high demand.

You can track the progress of your order at any time via the order status page on our website or through the Jackson’s app.

In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we may need to cancel your order. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and ensure that you receive a full refund.

Delivery Address & Receipt of Order

Delivery Address
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure all details are accurate and complete.

For apartment buildings, flats, or hotels, deliveries are typically made to the main entrance or reception area. Please be ready to meet the courier at this location to collect your order.

Receiving Your Order
All orders must be handed directly to you. For security and quality reasons, we are unable to leave orders unattended or in a designated “safe place.”

If you are unavailable to receive your order — for example, if you do not answer the door, fail to provide any required verification (such as a delivery PIN), or provide incorrect address details — your order may be considered delivered. In such cases, you will still be charged in full, including any delivery fees.

Delivery Drivers

Jackson’s works with trusted third-party delivery partners to bring your order directly to your door. We carefully select our delivery partners to ensure a high standard of service.

If you’ve had a great experience — or if something didn’t meet your expectations — we welcome your feedback. Your comments help us improve and will be shared with our delivery partners where appropriate.

We kindly ask that all customers treat delivery drivers with respect and courtesy. Any reports of aggressive or abusive behaviour may result in restrictions or refusal of service to the delivery address.

Delivery Support

For any delivery-related enquiries, please use the contact information available in your order history to reach our customer service team.

Refunds

If you wish to request a refund for any reason, including where a product does not meet your expectations, please refer to the contact details provided in your order history. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

When reviewing refund requests, we may ask for reasonable evidence to support your claim, such as photographs of the order. We may also consider relevant information including order details, delivery information, account history, transaction data, and input from the restaurant or delivery partner.

All refund requests are assessed fairly and in line with our policies. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Failure to Comply with These Terms

If Jackson’s or one of its franchise partners fails to comply with these Terms, we will be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a direct and foreseeable result of that failure, up to the value of your order.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage that is indirect or not reasonably foreseeable.

If you fail to comply with these Terms, you will be responsible for any costs or losses incurred by Jackson’s or its franchise partners as a direct result of your actions.

Any delay or failure by us to enforce our rights under these Terms does not mean those rights are waived, nor does it release you from your obligations. A waiver of any rights will only be effective if it is confirmed in writing.

COMPLAINTS

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to get to the bottom of what happened and why.

Changes to These Terms

Jackson’s may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

We recommend that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates, as continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
