If your order was placed through Just Eat or Uber Eats, please contact their respective customer service teams directly, as they are best equipped to assist you.

all collection are free and there is no minimum spend for delivery orders; however, a small order fee may be applied to low-value purchases.

If you’ve selected the wrong restaurant by mistake, don’t worry—it happens to the best of us.

Please contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible and ask them to cancel your order. They will do their best to help and arrange a refund where possible.

You can then place a new order with the correct restaurant. If you decide not to reorder, that’s absolutely fine—you should still receive a refund for the mistakenly placed order.
