Two Brothers. One Vision. A Brand Built from the Ground Up.

Our journey began with two brothers, one dream, and a passion for great food. We started with a single chicken shop in Wellingborough in 2015, operating under the well-known franchise name, which has been part of UK high streets for decades.

Driven by hard work and dedication, we expanded and opened a second store in Kettering. For nine years, we worked within the franchise, building experience, understanding the industry, and learning what customers truly wanted.

But when the franchise partnership unexpectedly came to an end on 2024, we were left with just our two stores—and a big decision to make.

Instead of stepping back, we stepped forward.

Around the same time, we had already begun building our own brand in a different space—Cake Inn—which grew successfully to over 35 stores across the UK. That success gave us the confidence to take control of our future once again.

With determination and belief, we went back to the drawing board. We developed our own unique recipes, perfected bold flavours, and focused on delivering quality that customers could taste in every bite.

We rebranded completely—introducing Jackson’s Chicken in 2024. New name. New identity. New menu. A fresh start.

The response was incredible.

Our stores became busier than ever. Customers loved the flavours, the quality, and the experience. Word spread quickly, and soon people weren’t just coming for food—they were asking how they could be part of the brand.

That’s when we knew we had created something special.

Just one year later, we opened our first franchise store in Norwich, followed by Market Harborough—marking the beginning of a new chapter.

Today, Jackson’s Chicken stands as a growing, successful brand built on resilience, passion, and a commitment to excellence. But this is only the beginning.
