Jackson’s Chicken began with a single humble store in Wellingborough, created with one clear mission: to serve bold, unforgettable flavours at great prices without ever compromising on quality. What started as a simple idea quickly turned into a local favourite, with customers falling in love with our rich seasonings, generous portions and freshly prepared food. Soon, word spread beyond Wellingborough, and people from nearby towns such as Kettering, Corby and Market Harborough were travelling just to experience the unique taste that set Jackson’s Chicken apart from any other chicken shop in the area.

The overwhelming love from customers inspired us to grow. Just a year later, we opened our second store in Kettering, where the response was every bit as incredible as our first. The bold flavours, top-tier quality, friendly service and clean, hygienic atmosphere quickly made the Kettering branch another hotspot for food lovers who appreciated great value without sacrificing taste. Families, students, workers and food enthusiasts began to see Jackson’s Chicken not just as a takeaway, but as a brand they could trust for consistently high-quality food and exceptional service every time they visited.

As our reputation continued to grow, we made the decision to franchise the brand, allowing even more communities to enjoy what makes Jackson’s Chicken special. We are now proudly opening our third store in Market Harborough and our fourth in Norwich—each one built on the same foundation of bold flavours, quality ingredients, great prices and outstanding customer experience. Our rapid expansion is a direct result of our commitment to excellence, and this is only the beginning.
